1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Site, contacting us for service, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. 2. Our Services Guelda Zeller Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including repairs, installations, inspections, and maintenance. Scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, and service-related communications may be handled by our staff or through third-party platforms we use to run our business, such as ServiceTitan. 3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — verbally, in writing, through an online form, or by texting us — you consent to receive text messages from us related to appointment confirmations, scheduling and dispatch updates, service reminders, and invoices or payment requests. If you separately opt in, you may also receive promotional or marketing messages. Program details Program name: Guelda Zeller Plumbing Customer Notifications Message frequency: varies based on your service activity with us (for example, around scheduled appointments); typically up to approximately 4–8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan. Opt-out: Reply "STOP" at any time to a message from us to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final confirmation message. To resume, reply "START" or opt in again as you did originally. Use of the Site You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Plumbing services performed by us are governed by the separate service agreement, invoice, or estimate provided to you at the time of service. 6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guelda Zeller Plumbing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our text messaging program. 7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. 8. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision.
